Analysis of 5 music videos
Arctic Monkeys - R U MINE
- Effective as shows Alex Turner's character and personality
- Can be quite plain and boring at points
Vampire Weekend - A Punk
- Upbeat music video which goes well with the song
- Some shots are too long so can feel repetitive
Paloma Faith - Only Love Can Hurt Like This
- Different scenes make it look life like
Lana Del Rey - Born To Die
- Use of props is effective as makes the overall video seem realistic
- Video quite slow
Arctic Monkeys - Do I Wanna Know
- The use of animation is extremely effective
- May seem boring to some people
My all time favourite music video:
Foo Fighters - The Pretender
